       Yat-sen University. They provided everything we need and answered every one of our doubts patiently. Here we

       In this measurement we construct a standard curve of particle concentration which can be used to convert Abs600
measurements to an estimated number of cells.

       Fluorescein The results are shown in the graph. The fluorescein level of negative control and Device 1,3,6
       increase in a peace pace. Device 5 decreases in 6 hours. Positive control and Device 2,4 increase a lot.
