We have spent a whole summer and the beginning of the Fall 2018 semster working on this project with the guidance of our mentors Shekar Mishra, Carl Shultz and Mathew Waugh. </p>

UIUC Illinois 2018 iGEM Team

The UIUC Illinois 2018 iGEM Team is made up of 3 biochemistry majors and 2 molecular and cellular biology majors who all want to attend graduate school except for one. Outside our academic life, we participate in activities ranging from building bionic arms to taking blood pressure of patients. Alex is a Biology major from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and is passionate about thriller novels.
