Q: How to choose safe material and build safe lab before experiments?
A：We conducted our wet-lab validation experiments and interlab experiments in Level I labs with organism Escherichia coli DH5 $\alpha$ in Risk Group I . Meanwhile, we designed our circuits with fundamental and harmless parts, which are only used in lab.
Q: What safety problems were considered during our experiments?
A: We all received guidance about biosafety from Prof. Lu before conducting our experiments. Before the experiments, we were equipped with experimental cloths, along with gloves, pants, masks etc.
