Q:How to choose safe material and build safe lab before experiments?
   A：we conduncted our wet-lab experiments and interlab study in Level I lab and use Risk Group I
   organisams Escherichia coli DH5α. Meanwhile, we design our circuits with fundamental and harmless Parts, and only
   use in lab.
Q:What safety problems were considered during our experiments?
   A: We all received biosafety training from Prof Lu before conduncting our wet-lab experiments.
   During the experiment, we dressed in experimental cloths, along with golves, pants, masks etc.
