What we have achieved in this project is making 4 composite parts:

• BBa_K2604000 includes the PBad promoter and UreB
• BBa_K2604001 includes the PBad promoter and pyruvate decarboxylase and alcohol dehydrogenase II enzymes.
• BBa_K2604003 includes the CooM promoter with UreB and
• BBa_K2604006 includes the CooF promoter with pyruvate decarboxylase (pdc) with alcohol dehydrogenase II (AdhB).
