PROTOCOLS PROJECT TIMELINE &nbps;
Subculture of Cyanobacteria
- 1. Resuspend and take 200μL of cyanobacteria from the old solution of BG11-media
- 2. Place into fresh 50 mL BG11-media
- 3. Leave it under continuous illumination and shaking on the shaker at room temperature in the hood
- 4. Check OD at 750nm

NFerric ammonium citrate | 0.6g/liter |
NCitric acid . 1H2O | 0.6g/liter |
NCaCl2 . 2H2O | 3.6g/liter |
