On 8.18.2018, Li Chen, Huang Bohong, Wu Yuheng, Ren Wen'an and Huang Zixuan from our iGEM team went to Longhua Vegetable Field for a field trip and returned to Shenzhen University Xili Campus to complete the preliminary experimental steps in the afternoon.
After catching the beetle, we sat on the stone benches in the shade and had a face-to-face conversation to inquire about the effects observed by the chemical pesticides, also to gather information about the existing brands of pesticides and their uses on the market. The drawbacks of chemical pesticides set off the brilliance of our product.
