BBa_K2570011 Composite dsrA+lacI+PlacI
+hns+ProU+GFP
In our project, we combined temperature promoter dsrA and salt-concentration promoter ProU as a logical gate controlled by salt-concentration and temperature to realize the aim of producing antibacterial, PLA. 3400
BBa_K2570009 Composite araC+atoD+atoA+adhE2 This is a composite part of degrading main unpleasant axilla odors E-3M2H(E-3-methyl-3-hexenoic acid). 5139
BBa_K2570010 Composite Aro10+PAR+TyrB Production of 2-PE 4184
BBa_K2570017 Composite dsrA+lacI+PlacI+hns
+ProU+TyrB+LDH+rocG
The promoter induced by LacI will express global regulate protein HNS, which could repress ProU. To solve promoter leak problem, our membrane provided a salt-free environment to prevent the production of PLA. 6964
BBa_K2570018 Composite TyrB+LDH+rocG Production of PLA. 3599

In our project, we combined temperature promoter dsrABBa_K2570015 and salt-concentration promoter proUBBa_K2467001 as a logical gate controlled by salt-concentration and temperature to realize the aim of producing antibacterial, PLA. dsrABBa_K2570015 is a temperature control promoter.
The temperature range of dsrA is from 25 degree to 42 degree. With temperature increase, the promote efficiency is getting higher. [1]The salt-concentration promoter proUBBa_K2467001 provides sensitivity to the salt concentration to human skin. proU is a promoter existed in E.coli, induced by low salt concentration. And the H-NSBBa_K2570016 is a global-regulated protein which could bind to genome and specifically inhibit proU.[2]

This year the iGEM Edinburgh_OG team improved the BBa_K191006 part to fulfil the gold medal criteria.A core principle of the Biobrick foundation is to bring standardisation in a field that is constantly changing and evolving. Standardising biological parts and their assembly allows for projects to focus less on assembly of genetic constructs and more on design and testing.
