Our team is composed of 8 members.As the team to participate in the iGEM contest for the first time,We couldn’t have accomplished it without everyone who provided us with help and advice during our project. We are incredibly grateful to you !
PIs:
- Prof.Bilian Chen：Primary PI , funding our experiments allows us to successfully complete the experiment and provide great support for us to stand on the stage in Boston.
- Dr.Xinwei Yang：Secondary PI, teach us the experimental techniques commonly used in synthetic biology.Help us improve the logic of the entire project,Give us a lot of help when the team is in trouble.
- Dr.Jianxiong Ye：Secondary PI , helped our team complete the modeling and gave us many suggestions for our presentation, perfecting the details of the entire project and making our presentation more logical.
Instructor:
- Dr.Feng Qi：Instructor, listened to the speeches of our projects and gave us suggestions. Modify our Manuscript and give us help when the experiment encounters a problem.
- Dr.Tao Yong：Instructor , guided us to complete PLA-related experiments, providing us with technical and material support in the laboratory.
- Dr.Chongrong Ke：Instructor, provide us with a lab and solve the experimental problems for us.
Advisor:
- Junhao LU：Advise our project and tell us what to look out for in iGEM.
- Yi Cai：Guide our projects and lead us to other universities for exchanges
- Xiaofeng Chen：Handle financial affairs for us and make sure we can go to Boston smoothly.
Team:
- Luying He：Team captain, kept an overview in all aspects of the project and was responsible for most things with the lab.
- Junru Lin：Wiki Manager, built the MazF circuit and verified its functionality, hosted the in-group meeting.
- Hanrong Zhang：Detection of phenyllactic acid and 2-phenylethanol, interlab, improve experiment.
- Xueyi Yang：Designed the salt and temperature switch ，constructed the circuit and was responsible for poster.
- Xinyue Zhang：Human Practice Manager,Degraded unpleasant axilla odors gene designer.
- Yuxian Chen：Modeling Builder, Designed the logo,Provide advice for wiki and posters.
- Guanxuan Peng：Modeling builder，participate in poster and wiki production， presenter.
- Xiaoyu Chen：Helper,help other teammates to complete their work.
