Integrated Human Practices
We visited Professor Shi of the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USCB), who inspired us on how to construct a new detection and degradation system of aflatoxin.See our human practice page.
We also visited Dr. Wu from Quality and Safety Risk Assessment for Cereal Products, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, to learn about China’s policies on quality inspection of cereals.
