Technical Support

During this project we have had the chance to work with experts in various research fields. We would like to thank you all for you time and patience, without you we would not have complete this project :

Dr Danny O’Hare, reader in sensor research, profoundly advised us in electrochemistry experiments and modelling. He gave us crucial advise in finding the balance of our redox modulators to make our system work in different conditions and in how to evaluate the chemical reactions happening on the background of our system.

Dr Robert Bradley, as bio-electrochemist he gave us essential advise in how to work in bio-electrochemistry and kindly let us his potentiostat for the duration of the whole project.

Dr Marko Storch, as one of the developers of the BASIC assembly technique. He helped us tremendously for designing characterising the library constructs , as well as, helping us to troubleshoot our applications constructs. He also advised us to use a colony picker, which helped us to get a clear and detailed proof-of- concept picture.

Ari Dwijayanti, expert in BASIC, she instructed us in BASIC assembly technique performance and patiently helped us with problems we faced in the lab.
