Technical Support

During this project we have had the chance to work with experts in various research fields. We would like to thank you all for you time and patience, without you we would not have complete this project :

Dr Danny O’Hare, reader in sensor research, profoundly advised us in electrochemistry experiments and modelling. He gave us crucial advise in finding the balance of our redox modulators to make our system work in different conditions and in how to evaluate the chemical reactions happening on the background of our system.

Dr Robert Bradley, as bio-electrochemist he gave us essential advise in how to work in bio-electrochemistry and kindly let us his potentiostat for the duration of the whole project.

General Support

Supervisors

Our supervisors helped us develop the project and specially helped us in managing the team to solve all possible communication issues. We would like to thank Dr Rodrigo Ledesma-Amaro and Amrit Singh for their help and advice on wet lab troubleshooting. As well as, Dr Tom Ouldridge for his help and guidance on modelling and software issues and to Ismael Mullor Ruiz for his support on all areas of the project and being the glue of the team to keepus together. Finally, we would like to give a special thanks to Prof. Richard Kitney for helping us make this project a reality and encouraging us during this process. This project will not be completed without all of your support.

Departments

We would like to express our greatest gratitude to the departments of Bioengineering and Life Sciences at Imperial College for making this project possible and helping us have one of the best experiences of our lives.
