YPD(for yeast) 20g Tryptone peptone, 10g Yeast extract, dissolve in 950ml water. Autoclave. Add 50ml 40%Glucose (add extra 20g agar powder for solid medium )
SD-His(for yeast) 6.7g Yeast Nitrogen Base Without Amino acids, 0.6g Drop-out amino acid mixture, 100mg Leucine, 20mg Tryptophane, 20mg uracil, dissolve in 1.0L water. Autoclave. Add 50ml 40%Glucose (add extra 20g agar powder for solid medium )
SD-Leu(for yeast) 6.7g Yeast Nitrogen Base Without Amino acids, 0.6g Drop-out amino acid mixture, 20mg Histidine, 20mg Tryptophane, 20mg uracil, dissolve in 1.0L water. Autoclave. Add 50ml 40%Glucose (add extra 20g agar powder for solid medium )
