Attributions Shi Shuyu was responsible for plasmid construction, yeast transformation, flow cytometry, β-carotene production, collaboration with Beijing National Day School, meanwhile she took part in “Human Practice” and fluorescence microscope. Song Deying worked mainly on modeling the dynamics and kinetics of phase separation system. She was in charge of human practice. She also helped with plasmid extraction and carotene extraction in the lab. ZHANG Wei participated in the plasmid construction at the first stage. Then she was involved in the yeast transformation. Plus, she made a freehand sketching video to illustrate the phenomenon of phase transition in cell. Lin Yongjie took the responsibility of quantitative fluorescence characterization and data processing of phase-separation system. Meanwhile she participated in modeling analysis of the system and combined it with the experimental result. He is one of the presentation speakers and meanwhile responsible for all finance affairs and communication with school officers. On our wiki, the safety page is written by him Zhong Bitao was mainly responsible for the wiki part, as well as the official accounts, and sometimes help other members with their experiments. Chen Yuyang mainly focused on molecular cloning and part construction. He was also involved in team interaction. Yang Jianzhao takes charge of the lab running, reagents supply and equipment maintenance. He gets involved in the Interlab, molecular cloning and wet lab technique trouble-shooting.
