Creation of Tris-HCl buffer (pH = 8.0):

Procedure: (1000 ml)


  1. 121.1 g Tris are soluted in 800 mL ddH20
  2. HCl is titrated until a pH of 8.0 is obtained.

  3. Solution is than filled up to 1 L with ddH20
