overnight culture E. coli

clean bench.

conservation:

37 ℃ (for E. coli) for 16-18 hours.


procedure

  1. pipette 5 mL LB-Medium into a sterile glass.

  2. add 5 uL corresponding antibiotics (only if the antibiotics has a concentration of 1000).

  3. add one colony from the plate of your strain with a toothpick/ pipette tip and throw it in the glass.

  4. leave it shaking in the 37 ℃ room (for E. coli) over night.
