Parts Overview
We submitted 38 parts in total this years, including basic parts and composite parts. As our projects are about CRISPR, most of our parts are related to the CRISPR system. Some of the parts are DNA template for sgRNA of ABCB1, GFP, RED and EGFP. Some of them are DNA template which can transfer into crRNA. Except for three mitochondrial-targeted sequences, there are also sequences of composite parts, which consist of two or more elements below: promoter, RBS, ArsR gene, smURFP and BV.
