The leader of BNU-China 2018. He is a junior student majoring in biotechnology and has deep interests in Synthetic Biology. He gave all his enthusiasm and energy to iGEM. Responsible for the design of the project and lab management and many other works.
Kecheng Zhang is in his third year of life science. He carries on we lab process, mainly focusing on the construction and analysis of CI-activator system. Besides daily laboratory work, he also organized voluntary-teaching program and conducted a series of interviews with different experts. He is delighted to be an igemer and honor to be a part a member of this passionate family.
Wei Zhang is a junior of Beijing Normal University whose major is biology science. He is one of the leader in this team who worked with the other two leaders to make sure the team work well. He made contributions during the brain strom and collected much information to create the taem's project. In this year's project, he mainly focused on the wet experiment, firstly, he lead his group to build up a plasmid which can make the E.coli produce the salicylic acid. Then they used HPLC to measure the yield of the salicylic acid. What's more, they designed a new way to help E.coli grow better by using VHB and the TorA signal sequence. After that, they combined with another group to build up the plasmid with CI system and explore its effect. At last, they tried their best to fuse all our basic parts to create the final part. He also acted as an associate in many other tasks, including the HP activities, modoling, collaboration, etc.

GROUP：Human Practice；Experiment CONTRIBUTION：I was in charge of some molecular cloning experiments and protein validation experiments in the team. Also responsible for planning public engagement activities and live control, contacting businesses and professors for social practice research, so as to provide guidance and suggestions for our team's projects.
My name is Chenyu Liu. With a great interest in the synthesis biology, I signed up for iGEM. I mainly take part in the experimental part of improvement, and responsible for the construction of parts.
Kefan Fang is in charge of the improvement, and he also participates in other wet experiments. He always has a passion for biological sciences, and he always does his best in any experiments. The experience in iGEM will become one of his greatest experiences.

My name is Duan Anqing. I am 19 years old，majoring in Biology at Beijing Normal University. I am very honored to be a member of IGEM BNU-China2018 and joined the experimental group. My task is to assist the key members to complete the experiment, after they complete the experimental design, helping them carry out some basic experiments and so on.

Jiang Quyi,an undergraded of Beijing Normal University, is a team member of 2018 BNU-China igem team. He worked in the experiment group and made contribution to the construction of two vectors. He also took part of the duty in the communication between experiment group and modeling group. Besides, the sterilization pot is in his charge.
Yuanxu Jiang is a junior of Beijing Normal University whose major is biotechnology. In this year's project, he mainly focused on the lambda repressor module, through which some essential improvements of the design could be achieved. He also acted as an associate in many other tasks, including the GDH module, interlab, collaboration, etc.
Yang Miao is a junior of Beijing Normal University whose major is biotechnology. As a member of wet lab, she participated in the experiments of measuring the yield of the salicylic acid and verifying the functions of the important part of the final project.
I am a member of the experimental group in this year's team, mainly responsible for verifying the functions of the important part of the final project, especially the GDH module. In addition, I followed the HP group members to participate in two Human Practice, visited the company and the hospital, and learned the practical significance of the project.
Shangyang Li is a senior student majoring in Physics, who mainly focuses on the modelling and research in Biophysics and Condensed Matter Physics. In BNU-China 2018, he directed and assisted other team members in building the model and gave reasonable and effective advice on modeling to other teams.
I'm Zhiruo Wang majors in Mathematics, who is in charge of the modeling part of our project. My tasks focus on finding out the inner mechanism of several processes and have them described in a quantified mathematical language, then go through the operations of calculation and simulation, to provide theoretical outcomes, while equip the experiments with optimal instructions.
This is Sirui Chen from model group , the major work of mine is building a predictive model to measure the possibility of protein expression.
I'm Ziqin Yue, a junior of Beijing Normal University who major in physics. I'm a member of the modling team and participate in the modling process of the salicylic acid concentration in the cell.

I am the art designer in BNU-China.
I can learn many things about biology in our lab, this is what I am always interested in. but In fact, I am not so good at doing experiments, but I like graphic design. I try to bring a visual impact to our project, thinking I am creative enough to do it.
I designed the ccic poster, banner and the pictures in wiki. Most importantly, I designed the logo of BNU-China, which will be used ever after.

Shujuan Jiang is the leader of the art group and a member of the experimental group. She helped the experiments in the early stage and joined the art group later. She planned all the art projects in coordination and was the head of the cooperation project of the National Science and Technology University.
