Cloning is one of the most important points at the end. We had cloned Bacillus subtilis and Xanthomonas campestris to isolate their DNA in large amounts. Afterwards we wanted to pull out the Gene of Interest (GOI). Those were pelB and yesZ of both of the bacteria.
