Part Collection
We reconstructed a oscillator based KaiABC oscillating system in yeast and succeeded to regulator downstream genes periodically. In this collection, we combine our parts together to function and by and large, they can be divided into three parts. The first part contains the basic parts. They are the protein-coding regions, promoters, terminators and some genes about deleting genes. You can combine them freely to get a new cassette if you want a cassette beyond ours. The second part contains some composite parts. They can function alone. If you want to restructure a oscillator, you can refer to our project and combine some of them to finish it. The third part contains some downstream genes. They are the reporter genes or product genes. By using the above oscillator, both the reporter genes and product genes are expressed periodically. You can also replace the genes with yours and produce what you need in cycles.
