These five are a constitutive promoter (BBa_J23106), a self-cleaving ribozyme (BBa_K2722006), a Ribosome Binding Site (BBa_B0034), an mTurquoise coding sequence (BBa_K2722003) and a terminator (BBa_K2722007).
