USMA-West Point follows West Point Regulation 385-2 for the safety and Occupational Health of Chemical and Biological Agents, Radiation, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Safety Programs. These regulations apply to any activity or organization operating on West Point whose missions involves the use, handling, transportation, transfer, storage, response to, or disposal of chemical agents, biological agents (infectious agents and toxins), radioactive material, nuclear materials/processes, or ammunition and explosives.
